Performance Management class for SHRP for 2010
The SHRP Professional Education Committee has asked the Walker Alliance to create for 2010 a core education program on developing performance management programs. This is a course designed to provide HR professionals with the tools and process they need to design an effective performance management system for their organization. Building Bridges to Success; 10th Annual Illinois SHRM State Conference & Exhibition – July 2009
Save the date! On July 23rd and 24th the Illinois State SHRM Council will present its tenth annual Conference at NIU in DeKalb, Illinois. The conference will feature a variety of relevant and important workshops for all levels and functional practitioner areas plus keynote addresses by Steve Lundin, Liz Ryan and Rich Horwath. At the conference, Lenore Erickson will be presenting a workshop on Creating DYI (Do-it-Yourself) Workshops. Bob Fulton will present “Good Compensation Practices Matter – Anytime”, a workshop designed to provide HR professionals with the tools they need to align their compensation systems with business goals and strategies. Bob’s and Lenore’s slides from their workshops will be posted to the Walker alliance site shortly after the conference, for those of you not able to attend.
